A one-off dinner with Jason Ligas & James Ferguson

We’re excited to be kicking off the first in a series of collaboration events on Thursday 11th October with Neptune Goes Greek – a special dinner with natural winemaker Jason Ligas and chef James Ferguson.

Taking over our kitchen for one night only, celebrated chef James Ferguson (Rochelle Canteen and Beagle) will be taking inspiration from his Greek heritage and the jovial family feasts that were a defining part of his childhood. The menu of Greek-inspired sharing dishes is just £35 per person and includes:
Griddle bread, Sesame & Brown Butter
Fava, Mint & Caper Berries
Beetroot, Walnuts, & Mizithra
Octopus, Celery & Radishes
Blood Sheftalia, Aubergine & Sheeps Yoghurt

Kid Kleftiko, Lemon Potatoes & Skordalia
Runner beans, Tomatoes & Dill

Loukoumades, Almond Ice Cream & Honey

On hand to pair wines with these dishes will be natural winemaker Jason Ligas who will be bringing wines from his own vineyard, the Ligas Winery in northern Greece, where he and his family take an organic approach to winemaking using only indigenous Greek grape varieties.
